Fountain Tire Calgary Crowfoot is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the service department, drive productivity, ensure quality, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This role focuses on managing mechanical and tire services, setting standards, and coordinating bookings with technicians.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in the automotive industry, strong leadership, and a deep knowledge of tire and mechanical services in a commercial setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive industry experience required.
• Journeyperson status in automotive service trade is an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical and tire services in a commercial automotive environment.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Proven leadership ability with focus on operations and business processes.
• Commercial vehicle inspection programs and out-of-province inspection certifications.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services.
• Setting quality standards and maintaining shop quality of all activities.
• Creating work orders, arranging bookings, and communicating them to technicians.
• Provide service quotes, obtain customer authorization, finalize sales, and follow up.
• Recommend tire services, specialty tire services, wheel, and mechanical services to customers.
• Ensure completion of shop maintenance and repair work.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Advise technicians on work to be completed; ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and morale by upholding strong business ethics.
