Fountain Tire Edson is searching for a friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced Service Manager to manage the operations of the service department to drive productivity, quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Service Manager, your duties will include

• Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services
• Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities
• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Providing service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
• Advising technicians of work that must be completedEnsuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service
• Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

• Commercial vehicle inspection program and out of province inspection certifications
