Fountain Tire Edson is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, drive productivity, and ensure top-quality customer service. You will oversee mechanical and tire services, set quality standards, and coordinate workflows with technicians to deliver timely, reliable vehicle care.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in the automotive industry, advanced knowledge of mechanical and tire services, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical and tire services
• Strong dedication to customer service
• Proven leadership and process improvement
• Certifications in CVIP or out-of-province inspections

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and tire services in the shop.
• Set quality standards and ensure shop activities meet them.
• Create work orders, schedule bookings, and communicate with technicians.
• Provide quotes, obtain authorization, close sales, and follow up with customers.
• Recommend tire and wheel services to customers.
• Ensure shop maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Mentor staff and maintain morale.
