Grupo NORS is seeking a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the service department in Red Deer, AB. You will drive service planning, recruit and develop staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining department profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership within a growing team, mentorship from senior leaders, and a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits.

• Experience in service management or leadership role.

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan service requirements in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
• Recruitment and People Development.
• Leadership Development.
• Conduct monthly service meetings to communicate company objectives and policies.
• Determine repair methodologies and job flows to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Work Order Processing.
• Measure department performance with appropriate metrics and goals.

What's the challenge?

As the Service Manager, you play an integral role in managing the day‐to‐day operation of the service department in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures. As well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety program. Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long‑term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

Position Outline
