Job summary

Go Powersports Limited is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department in Western Nova Scotia. You will supervise scheduling, maintenance, repair and PDI jobs, drive world-class customer service, and coordinate with technicians and expeditors to optimize workflow.

You bring 3+ years in automotive or powersports service or sales, strong leadership and communication, and a valid driver's license. Google Workspace and Monday.com experience is a plus as we continue to grow our premium

• 3+ years in automotive or powersports service/sales.
• Strong mechanical understanding and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership abilities.
• Experience using Google Workspace and Monday.com is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a culture that values world-class customer service to all customers through effective training, supervision, coaching and performance management.
• Lead and support service team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee warranty administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage service scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with technicians and expeditors to optimize workflow.
• Handle customer payments, service concerns, and daily reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in service processes and tools.
• Assist with the implementation of all company subscribed technology as it relates to the Service department.
• Plan and Lead service team members to meet performance goals.

Go Powersports Limited is growing and requires a driven individual to fill the role of Service Manager to join their (Enter Location) team. The Service Manager will be responsible for leading the service of new & used customer units, while delivering superior customer service.They will supervise all areas of the service department including the scheduling and performance of maintenance, repair, and PDI jobs.
