Job summary

BRP, a leading Canadian manufacturer of recreational vehicles, seeks a Snowmobile Product Support Coordinator to join the PPQ team in Canada. You will act as the technical expert and key partner between the dealer network and after-sales service, identifying emerging quality issues and driving continuous product improvements.

You will coordinate with Product Support, PPQ, Service and Engineering to investigate issues, develop service guides and FAQs, and deliver data-driven analyses to support

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a technical position.
  • Relevant education and experience in product support, technical service, quality, aftersales operations or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
  • Technical curiosity, initiative and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical point of reference for product-related matters for the dealer network and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and coordinate product quality concerns by analyzing reports from the dealer network and identifying emerging trends and issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Support, Product Performance & Quality, Service and Engineering teams to support investigations, problem-solving activities and continuous product improvement.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate technical documentation, service guides, FAQs and support materials related to new product introductions and ongoing enhancements.
  • Support aftersales teams by sharing best practices, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality data collection and reporting.
  • Deliver structured analyses and recommendations that enable timely, data-driven decision making.
  • Contribute to an enhanced dealer and customer experience through responsiveness, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of product support processes.

Job description

We are looking for a Snowmobile Product Support Coordinator who will report to the Product Performance and Quality (PPQ) team, and who’ll act as a technical expert and key partner between the dealer and after-sales service network. You’ll Have The Opportunity To
