Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Canada is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep the line clean, operate equipment properly, and help complete tasks when busy.

Minimum 32 hours per week with four open days, including Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Benefits include tuition assistance, free meals, health coverage, PTO, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Open availability: min 4 days/week (incl. Fri/Sat/Sun).
• Min 32 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle office tasks and supplies as needed.
