Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Calgary to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and customer-focused.

You will help maintain a clean, organized line, ensure proper equipment function, and assist with office tasks as needed. The role requires on-the-feet work and active participation in shift planning and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and restaurant experience required.
• Familiar with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Assist with office administration and supply ordering.
