Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew. You will maintain an organized line, supervise line staff, and assist with training and development while managing daily operations.

The role requires open availability (4 days/week with some Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays) and a minimum 32 hours weekly, with benefits including tuition assistance, free meals, and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Support food safety including hand washing and glove changes.
• Monitor line time/temperature and shelf lives.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and supply management.
