Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Prior restaurant experience is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s philosophy.
• Open availability and ability to work at least 32 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring quality and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized kitchen; monitor inventory and waste.
• Train Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Collaborate with back-of-house and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and kitchen area is safe and sanitized.
• Adhere to MSDS, FIFO, and food safety guidelines.
