Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Canada is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is served and the crew is well trained.

The role requires standing for long periods and assisting on tasks during lulls in activity. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean line, monitoring line equipment, resolving food quality issues, and supporting crew breaks and training.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and health department awareness.
• Cash handling policies and procedures experience.
• Familiarity with routine office paperwork and records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor line schedules, breaks, and shift changes.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew, including performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork tasks.
• Keep office equipment and supplies in working order.
