Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mississauga is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will manage line operations, safety protocols, and customer service standards on-site.

The role requires restaurant experience, cash handling knowledge, and strong food safety awareness. Open availability and a minimum 32 hours weekly are expected, with employer-determined compensation and benefits including tuition support and paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required or preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• Open availability: at least four days per week, including Friday/Saturday/Sunday; minimum 32 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served and customer issues are resolved.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and proper line equipment operation.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Support miscellaneous office administration duties and supplies management.
