Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Hamilton, Ontario to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and training the restaurant crew.

You will keep a clean, organized line, support food safety, resolve customer incidents, manage crew scheduling, cross-train front-of-house staff, and assist with office duties while ensuring equipment and supplies are well maintained. Open availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Open availability: four days per week including Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
• Minimum 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line and ensure proper line equipment.
• Serve high-quality food and resolve quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklist adherence.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Handle office duties: banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained.
