Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Vancouver is seeking a Service Leader to safeguard a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and by training a capable restaurant crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health department rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Maintain food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support with office administration duties and supply management.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and available.
