Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Langford, BC is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and a well‑trained crew member on the line. You will keep the front line organized, supervise hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks, and ensure the Daily Food Safety Checklist is followed.

You will also help resolve customer incidents, monitor shifts and breaks, and participate in crew development and performance reviews while

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line and with safety procedures.
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Handle administrative duties and office paperwork.
