Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Surrey, BC is seeking a Kitchen Leader to guide line cooks, ensure food quality and safety, and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll manage prep, inventory, and equipment maintenance while promoting teamwork and delivering a great guest experience.

This role requires at least a high school diploma and restaurant experience; open availability across four days with a minimum of 32 hours weekly is expected. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support strong teamwork between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation; maintain equipment.
