Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader in Burlington, Canada to ensure safe, high-quality food and superior customer service. You will keep the line organized, support training, and help manage crew schedules and breaks.

The role emphasizes food safety, daily operations, and ongoing staff development, with opportunities for advancement and a commitment to a positive guest experience.

Competenze

• Must be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Train and support Crew in customer service and operations.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew development and performance reviews.
• Handle miscellaneous office administration duties and supplies.
