Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.
• Open availability: four days per week, with two of Fri/Sat/Sun.
• Minimum of 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; supervise crew.
• Assist with crew training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Support office duties such as banking and paperwork as needed.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks to keep operations smooth.
