Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Richmond, BC is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained for excellent service.

You will monitor line operations, support crew breaks and shifts, and develop front-of-house staff for future leadership roles. The position emphasizes food safety, training, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good service
• Keep a clean, organized line and functioning equipment
• Assist with crew breaks, shifts, and meetings
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew
• Support office duties and inventory as needed
