Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Vancouver is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will keep the restaurant line clean, train crew, and provide excellent customer service.

In this role you will monitor line operations, assist with crew breaks and shift changes, support performance reviews, and help develop future Service Leaders while handling routine office tasks and supplies management.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading English (primary work language).
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Open availability for at least four days per week, including Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, temp logs, shelf lives).
• Help resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
