Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role involves training a restaurant crew, maintaining a clean line, and guiding daily operations to meet standards.

You will uphold Chipotle's policies, resolve food quality issues, and support food safety practices while multi-tasking across front-of-house duties and occasional administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Open availability: at least four days per week, including Friday/Saturday/Sunday, and minimum 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with performance reviews and with developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies are available.
