Job summary

Air Solutions Canada in Dundas, ON is seeking a Service Coordinator/Administrator to schedule and dispatch field technicians, manage calendars, and respond to customer needs, including emergencies.

You will maintain accurate records, prepare service orders for invoicing, support quotes, and collaborate with Operations, Sales and Parts to keep customers informed and operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination or dispatching.
• Experience in industrial equipment or related services preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite service management is a plus.
• Post-secondary education in business/admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and process service requests.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians to sites.
• Coordinate emergency service calls and updates.
• Monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
• Prepare service orders for invoicing.
• Maintain service records and warranty information.
• Support service related quotes and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Identify scheduling efficiency improvements.
• Assist with training documentation.
