Job summary

McDougall Energy Inc. in Sarnia is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will interface with customers for service inquiries and coordinate scheduling of installations, maintenance, and emergency calls.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in service coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work independently and as part of a team, ensuring accurate customer records and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of service coordination experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of TSSA, WHMIS & OPA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers for service-related inquiries.
• Monitor, manage, and schedule equipment installations, annual maintenance, and emergency service calls.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections (gas-check / comprehensive).
• Maintain customer account information and warranty registrations.
• Process purchase orders for equipment, tanks and materials.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform other office duties as required.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently looking for an experiencedSERVICE COORDINATORto join our team at our Sarnia operation. This will be a full-time position. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for:

• Interfacing with customers for service-related inquiries
• Monitoring, managing, prioritizing, and scheduling the following tasks in an efficient manner
• equipment installations
• annual maintenance
• emergency service calls
• regulatory inspections (gas-check / comprehensive)
• Maintaining customer account information
• Registering customers for warranty coverage
• Completing purchase orders for incoming equipment, tanks and materials
• Maintaining inventory levels as required
• Completing other office administration duties as required

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3- 5 years’ service coordination experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Working knowledge of TSSA, WHMIS & OPA requirements considered an asset
