Job summary

The Dunlop Ford Automotive Group in Southern Alberta is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to support customers and streamline service processes at our dealership. You will learn about the automotive industry, apply your skills, and contribute to team goals in a dynamic, family-owned environment.

You will schedule appointments, advise on maintenance, and ensure timely communication with customers across phone, online scheduling, and chat channels, contributing to a positive customer

Qualifications

• Must have strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must have strong customer service background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the customer, answer their questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Advise on recommended maintenance.
• Confirm scheduled & missed appointments.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
