Twin Motors Thompson is seeking an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join Twin Motors Auto Group. You will manage appointment scheduling in a professional, customer-focused dealership environment with learning and growth opportunities.

You will build strong relationships with customers, handle follow-up calls, stay informed about recalls and parts, and contribute to a smooth, high-quality customer experience across the team.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, the kind of Community connection that keeps people coming back.
• Make customer satisfaction and sales follow-up calls.
• Contact prospective customers and invite them to the dealership.
• Provide appointment reminders and information on recall campaigns and special-order parts, with the same reliable follow-through every time.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge by participating in available training.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfort working with multiple software applications and computerized records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, self-motivated approach and ability to work toward goals.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid Manitoba driver's licence.
• Reception, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.
• Dealership experience is an asset.
