Responsibilities include estimating costs, preparing repair orders, communicating with customers and technicians, test-driving vehicles, and maintaining service records. The role offers a competitive compensation package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge and ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good organization and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Estimating the cost and time for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs.
• Answering customer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Develop repair estimates by considering materials, supplies and labor.
• Prepare repair orders detailing vehicle problems or symptoms.
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician.
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm repairs are completed.
• Maintaining automotive records of problems and corrective actions.
