Job summary

Maple Volkswagen, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR to join the team in Vaughan. This frontline role entails selling vehicle maintenance, liaising with customers and service technicians, explaining costs, scheduling appointments and preparing repair orders.

Ideal candidates have 1 to 3 years of service/advisor experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (CDK/Reynolds).

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• proficiency working with ERP systems (i.e. CDK/Reynolds)
• proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
• ability to sell vehicle maintenance
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
• ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

The expected salary or pay rate for this role is$40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to provide frontline customer communications and service for the department. Specifically:

• sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance
