Qualifications

• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using computerized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, writing repair orders.
• Ensure accuracy in repair orders and customer requests documentation.
• Process all paperwork as jobs are completed.
• Review repairs with customers upon vehicle delivery.
• Monitor work-in-progress to ensure repairs are performed correctly.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive equipment

Ability to speak Mandarin

Knowledge of customer satisfaction techniques

Ability to operate assigned equipment

Education

Valid British Columbia driver's license
