Job summary

Wilson Niblett Motors is seeking a friendly, organized Service Advisor to join our dealership service department in Richmond Hill. You will be the main contact for customers, help schedule appointments, explain recommended maintenance, and provide updates to ensure a positive service experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling check-ins, documenting vehicle service needs, communicating repairs, coordinating with technicians, and reviewing invoices.
