• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers.
• Assist with showroom, sales lot, and promotional vehicle displays.
• Work with the Finance Manager to support a smooth purchase process.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to present attractive options on new and used vehicles.
