Job summary

Lounsbury Chevrolet in Dalhousie is seeking a Service Advisor to join our dealership. The Service Advisor ensures an excellent customer experience by presenting recommended services and pricing.

This is a full-time, hourly-position, and the working hours are Monday to Friday. Applicants should be friendly, well-mannered, and eager to build relationships with customers while representing the Chevrolet brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Good computer skills and aptitude to learn new software.
• Bilingual in English and French (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work in the service department.
• Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer.
• Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services.
• Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary
