Job summary

Thibault Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Rouyn-Noranda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who knows the trade and loves customer service. You will bridge the gap between customers and the service department, open repair orders, and coordinate with technicians.

You’ll explain recommended repairs, keep customers informed, work closely with the service team, and ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
