Lounsbury Chevrolet Miramichi is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. This full-time role involves serving customers at the parts counter, answering inquiries, and helping customers find the right parts. We value self-motivation, initiative, and exceptional service.

English/French bilingualism is an asset; a valid driver's license is required. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities for career growth within the Lounsbury Group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an asset.
• Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Likes helping people.
• Good work ethic.
• Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Parts counter.
• Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts.
• Upsell or suggestive sell parts to customers based on their needs.
• Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels.
• Perform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the system.
