Job summary

Lounsbury Company Limited is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for Volkswagen Moncton. You will deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter and handle inquiries by phone and email, upselling parts as needed.

The role requires bilingual English/French ability, strong listening skills, and attention to inventory accuracy. A combination of hourly wages with performance bonuses is offered in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in a Parts role required.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred.
• Excellent listening and communications skills expected.
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Parts counter.
• Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers about parts.
• Upsell or suggestive sell parts to customers based on their needs.
• Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels.
• Perform physical inventory to ensure stock levels are accurate.

Volkswagen Moncton is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor.

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and wants to deliver exceptional customer service to their customer. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative, and want to be part of a cohesive team.

• Regular schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Some flexibility will be required for 7:30am starts or 5:30pm finishes as needed.
• You will be required to work rotational Saturdays during the Spring and Fall tire season, from 9am to 1pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Parts counter

This role pays a combination of hourly wages and bonus. The total annual compensation is between $45,000 to $55,000.
