Job summary

Vision Ford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our automotive team. You will provide customer service at the parts counter, answer calls and emails about parts, and upsell based on customer needs. Maintain accurate inventory levels and support stock control.

Ideal candidates have previous automotive experience, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn new software. English/French bilingual is a plus; a valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an asset.
• Good computer skills and aptitude to learn new software.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Likes helping people.
• Good work ethic.
• Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Parts counter.
• Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts.
• Upsell or suggestively sell parts to customers based on their needs.
• Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels.
• Perform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate in the system.

Vision Ford is looking for a Parts Advisor.

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and wants to deliver exceptional customer service to their customer. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative, and want to be part of a cohesive team.

This position is full-time hours. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
