You will present recommendations, coordinate workflow with technicians and parts staff, and ensure a professional experience that builds trust and long-term relationships with customers.

The Service Advisor Role

We’re looking for a Service Advisor who understands how to balance customer care, clear communication, and sales. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process and is responsible for building trust, presenting recommendations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a professional experience from intake through delivery. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and revenue growth.

Requirements and Responsibilities
