We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator, Field Service Operations to join our Edmonton team on a 7x7 schedule. In this role, you will provide administrative support throughout the service process, with a strong focus on accurate time entry, work order administration, invoicing, and supporting our Customer Service Advisors. You will play an important part in keeping service operations organized, accurate, and moving efficiently from work order opening through to customer invoicing. Grade 12 education or equivalent is required.
Post-secondary education in business administration or a related discipline is considered an asset.
This position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, giving you a consistent rotation and extended time off between shifts. You'll be an important part of the Field Service team, helping ensure our technicians, advisors, customers, and service operations are supported through accurate and timely administration.
