Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Edmonton, AB. The ideal candidate has several years of direct sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and comfort with computerized systems.

Qualifications

• Several years of direct sales and/or customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in the construction, equipment rental, industrial, or related industry is an asset.
• Understanding of construction project phases, jobsite conditions, and how equipment needs may change throughout a project.
• Ability to learn and maintain strong knowledge of the rental fleet, including equipment applications and product offerings.
• Confidence demonstrating equipment and explaining its applications to customers when appropriate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with computerized systems and completing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the rental counter, ensuring company service standards are consistently met.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in our Edmonton office.
