Job summary

Push Operations is seeking a server to deliver attentive guest service in a fast-paced dining setting. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and take orders while coordinating with management on special events.

You will be responsible for accurate POS entry, completing cash-outs, maintaining table setup standards, and ensuring the dining area remains clean for the next shift. Prior restaurant software experience is a plus and 1-3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, suggesting features, guiding guests through the menu, and taking guests' orders.
• Communicating with management prior to shift regarding special functions or events.
• Communicating with management all guests' concerns.
• Completing transactions to ensure proper payment for food and beverage orders.
• Attending to guests throughout the meal.
• Ensuring guest tables are set and cleared to standards.
• Completing all cash-out procedures at the end of the shift.
• Ensuring the dining room is clean for next-day operations.
• Any other responsibilities connected and ancillary to the job function assigned by the supervisor/manager.
