Job summary

PURPLE in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to bridge sales, operations, and fulfillment. You will validate pricing, monitor order status, and communicate issues to stakeholders while handling high volumes of orders and invoices.

Your guidance will streamline order-to-cash workflows and drive efficiency across teams. The role demands strong ERP/EDI experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a track record of improving cross-functional processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3–6 years in sales operations, analytics, or wholesale/B2B environments.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve execution.
• Strong ERP/EDI and order-management systems experience (NetSuite, Spring System).
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and Power BI; strong data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process wholesale orders (EDI) and order confirmations.
• Maintain and update customer accounts with order data and delivery expectations.
• Inform sales staff of issues such as shipping delays or questions from customers.
• Provide updates to customers on order status and changes.
• Consolidate sales orders post-market week for Production handoff.
• Act as SME for sales operations processes and best practices.
