Job summary

Concord Sales Ltd in North Vancouver is seeking an experienced Logistics & Customer Service Manager to lead our logistics and customer service operations in a hybrid role based at our North Vancouver office. You will guide a team, optimize inbound/outbound shipments, manage third-party providers, and implement process improvements to balance service quality with cost efficiency.

Strong leadership, analytics, and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with an emphasis on Logistics.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced food distribution or CPG sectors.
• Experience managing logistics operations, 3PL providers, and customer service/order processing.
• Experience with import/export, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• SCMP or APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Logistics and Customer Service team and drive performance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, 3PL partnerships, and cost management.
• Direct sales order processing and ensure accurate data entry and billing.
• Develop policies, checklists, and audit processes for operations.
• Drive KPIs, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
