Job summary

Swim Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Fulfillment Inventory Manager in Vancouver with a strong consulting or strategy background and cross‑functional leadership. You will own inventory health, model financial impacts, and drive optimization across the NAM network, partnering with teams to meet strategic goals.

The role requires 5–8 years in related fields, a Bachelor’s in business or supply chain, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI. Hybrid work, Vancouver onsite three days minimum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply chain or similar; Analytics is an asset; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience, preferably in consulting, strategy or equivalent with product/supply chain inside a large corporation
• 4+ years of experience in a highly cross-functional team

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence cross‑functional forums to enhance collaboration and partnership across teams and leadership
• Build complex operational–financial models to quantify process impacts and KPIs
• Partner to improve inventory health, accelerate end‑of‑life inventory turnover, and optimize DC space utilization
• Drive cross‑functional KPI improvements by root cause analysis and data-driven governance
• Analyze large datasets (Excel, Power BI) to generate timely insights for decisions
• Support multi-million dollar savings portfolio with process improvements and risk mitigation
• Create integrated tools for KPI visibility and faster issue escalation and resolution
