Purple Brand Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the growing sales team by processing a high volume of orders, validating pricing, and communicating issues as they arise. This role acts as a key liaison between sales and internal/external customers to ensure smooth operations.

You will collaborate daily with finance, production, and shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and payments are submitted promptly. On-site presence in Vancouver is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 2–3 years of industry experience and/or experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office software with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF formulas), and working knowledge of Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to prioritize, multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to track open issues and drive them to resolution.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update customer accounts with relevant order information and delivery expectations.
• Inform sales team of issues such as shipping delays or customer questions.
• Keep customers and sales teams updated on changes to order status.
• Provide reactive and proactive updates to customers as order status changes.
• Handle RTV (Return to Vendor) process with the warehouse.
• Work with finance, production, and shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled and payments are submitted timely.
• Consolidate sales orders for production after market week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

This position provides critical ongoing daily support for our growing sales team. You will process a high volume of sales orders, order acknowledgments, customer invoices. The Sales Operations Specialist will act as a key point of contact between sales and all other internal and external customers by validating pricing, checking the status of orders, and communicating any issues immediately to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Process all wholesale orders (EDI), DTC orders, and order confirmations.
• Maintain and update customer accounts with relevant order information, delivery expectations, and other specific data.
• Inform sales team of any issues that arise, such as shipping delays, or customer questions and complaints that the associate is unable to handle.
• Keep customers and sales teams updated on any changes to order status, such as delivery dates.
• Provide both reactive and proactive updates to customers as order status changes.
• Handle the RTV (Return to Vendor) process with the warehouse.
• Work closely with finance, production, and shipping personnel daily to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and payments are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
• Consolidate sales orders for the production team after market week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• 2–3 years of industry experience and/or experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office software required, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF formulas, etc) and working knowledge of Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize duties, multitask, and perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to track open issues, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and drive them to resolution.
