Job description

Our client's enterprise applications have a substantial footprint in the messaging & archiving space for compliance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to help solve tough problems and create great experiences that have a significant impact on our customers.

We are looking for a UX Designer who champions our users in all phases of the product management cycle, from context and problem framing to the delivery of meaningful solutions. You will conduct research to understand our customers' problems, collaborate with the business to understand their needs, and work with UI designers and developers to design the final product.

Your Job:

  • Advocate for our customers by understanding their work and challenges.
  • Partner with stakeholders and product management to develop effective approaches.
  • Apply research techniques suitable to the problem.
  • Design, prototype, validate, and refine solutions.
  • Communicate solutions to developers in an agile environment.
  • Create sketches, flows, wireframes, and other design artifacts.
  • Identify and leverage metrics to drive product success.
  • Guide and coach other designers and team members.
  • Join a diverse team using modern tools.

About You:

  • 6+ years' experience in UX design for web, desktop, or mobile applications.
  • Portfolio demonstrating your UX process and successful products.
  • Proficiency with various tools and adaptability to new ones.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
  • Good understanding of web technologies.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and openness to learning about compliance in finance.
  • Experience in an enterprise business environment is a plus.
