The role requires delivering on-site and virtual training, coordinating UAT, and applying adult education principles to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences for government staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with audio-visual and video conferencing hardware and platforms.
• Scenario-based, practical teaching style with real-world use cases.
• Translate complex technical terminology into plain language.
• Strong writing skills for training materials and manuals.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and support of training programs for JVN technologies.
• Deliver on-site and virtual training to end-users; support development of GUIs and UAT cases.
• Create interactive e-learning modules and learning resources.
• Apply adult education principles including needs assessment and program design.
• Prepare reports and training materials for diverse user groups.
