Job summary

Softline Technology Inc. seeks an experienced training leader to coordinate planning, design, development, and delivery of training programs for JVN technologies. The role includes on-site and virtual end-user training, plus coordinating GUI design reviews and user acceptance testing.

You will apply adult-education principles, develop E-learning modules and manuals, and tailor delivery to diverse user groups while ensuring project documentation and knowledge transfer are thorough.

Responsibilities

Description

• Coordinate and provide leadership for the planning, design, development, delivery, evaluation and support of training programs and materials (including E-learning Module, manuals) for Justice Video Network (JVN) technologies
• Deliver required on-site and virtual training to JVN end-users
• Coordinate and assist with development of graphic user interface designs and user acceptance test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing

• Experienced with Adobe Captivate
• Familiar with AODA requirements for both interactive e-learning and written manuals.
• At least 5 years of audio and videoconferencing technology experience
• At least 10 years of adult training experience
