Job summary

Justice Technology Services in Toronto is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to drive complex AV, videoconferencing, telecoms and I&T infrastructure programs. You will oversee governance, budgeting, procurement, risk management and cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires end‑to‑end project delivery, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, engagement with vendors and clients, and ensuring security and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV and videoconferencing projects.
• 5+ years in project management and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with AV/ICT deployment and system integration.
• Strong governance, risk and change management skills.
• Public sector experience and onsite availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent AV and I&T projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop charters, plans, budgets and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage risk, change control, and ensure security compliance.
• Deliver handover packages, lessons learned and project closeout.
