In this role you will design learning programs, onboard new hires, produce instructional videos, maintain LMS content, and collaborate with experts to keep training current with tech trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology education or instructional design.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.
• Familiar with ADDIE or SAM models.
• Skilled in creating and editing instructional videos.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technology education sessions for firm personnel.
• Onboard new hires and run workshops on the Firm’s technology.
• Create and maintain instructional materials, guides, and quick reference sheets.
• Produce videos and manage a digital learning library in the LMS.
• Collaborate with SMEs to communicate the value of technology tools.
• Gather feedback to identify skill gaps and refine training materials.
• Explore gamification, microlearning, and e-learning approaches.
• Support the onsite Service Desk as needed.
