Job summary

AY Talent in Montreal is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training for legal professionals, assistants and staff within the IT team. You will manage onboarding, software rollouts and workflow changes.

You will lead in-person and virtual sessions on core applications, create materials and eLearning modules, support LMS operations, and collaborate with IT, HR and legal practice groups to measure training impact.

Qualifications

• Design, deliver and continually improve training for legal professionals, assistants and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, videos, guides and job aids.
• Support LMS operations and adoption across the firm.
• Collaborate with IT, HR and legal groups to tailor learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual sessions covering core legal apps and firm tools.
• Develop and maintain learning paths and eLearning modules.
• Coordinate logistics for firmwide training programs and events.
• Provide just-in-time coaching and role-based training refreshers.
• Collect feedback and measure training impact to guide improvements.
• Support data collection and reporting for training effectiveness.
