Job summary

ConeTec Group is seeking an experienced HR leader based in Alberta (Calgary or Airdrie) to drive recruitment, people strategy, and risk management for field and office roles across the Prairies and Ontario.

In this hands-on leadership position, you will coach leaders, shape workforce planning, and partner with executives to advance organizational effectiveness and talent decisions within a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• CPHR designation is preferred.
• Experience in HR generalist and talent acquisition roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for senior and specialized roles across field and office.
• Oversee cross-border and safety-sensitive recruitment needs.
• Advise leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning and risk.
• Manage complex employee relations, investigations and performance coaching.
• Lead compensation analyses and organizational reviews within ConeTec framework.
• Develop engaging capability and leadership development initiatives.
